The instructor is bound by a professional code of conduct.The instructor will be courteous, polite, tidy and punctual and will behave in a professional and ethical manner at all times.The car will be well maintained, clean and tidy and will be a smoke free area at all times.
The instructor reserves the right to cancel or terminate lessons should I feel it necessary, due to your conduct, you are perceived to be unfit to drive through ill health , under the influence of drugs or alcohol or in their opinion your driving is potentially or actually dangerous.
If you wish to cancel a lesson a minimum of 24hrs prior notice should be given .Unless the instructor can easily obtain additional work the instructor reserves the right to charge for the lesson.Cancelations must be made directly to the instructor.Any arrears must be made in full prior to commencing tuition again.
If due to mechanical breakdown, adverse weather or other emergency a lesson has to be postponed at short notice by the instructor, an alternative lesson will be made with mutual consent with no financial penalty by either party. The instructor will not be made responsible for any costs incurred due to any postponement of lessons for what ever reason.
After arriving at the nominated pick up point the instructor will wait 10mins.If you have not contacted the instructor after this time the lesson will be abandoned and you will be charged.
The instructor accepts no responsibility for personal property left in the training vehicle.
Payment in full must be made at the beginning or end of the lesson or with prior arrangement made directly with the instructor.
You must notify directly to the instructor if any matters that effect your entitlement to have driving tuition, for example but not limited to, alcohol or drug consumption and points placed on your licence.
The contract for driving tuition is solely between you and the instructor.
